We spent one night in this hotel. Rooms are pretty small and clean. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We were a little disappointed that we could not have dinner in the hotel. The hotel is nicely designed and a 10-15 min walk from the center. All in all we found it a litle too expensive.

Ended up staying here one night on our way to Torres del Paine. The hotel was beautiful, the staff were friendly and went out of their way to help us. We actually had to come back to this hotel on a second night when the road back to our hotel in the Park was closed due to a forest fire....

This is an excellent place to use as a base for exploring the area. It is stylish without being over the top, warm and comfortable with stunning views over the lake. My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights. On arriving at the bus terminal, one of the owners picked us up an took us back to the hotel, which is situated in a residential area a few minutes drive from town. The hotel is on the edge of a hill and has beautiful views from all levels. Check in...

Brand new hotel with a lodge feel, open only one month when we arrived. Stayed in a family room for 4 had plenty of space. Hotel tastefully decorated in natural and local materials.
