This hotel is nice with good rooms (excellent beds). The bathroom is a wet room which does mean you leave water everywhere when you take a shower. Breakfast was great , service at the front desk was great , rooms were fine but the pool did it for me! It was great to have somewhere like that to go after the temples. The location is grand - just 2 dollars in the tuck tuck to town for dinner. more

We stayed at the freedom hotel in SR for 3 nights for an intreped tour and its decent. The rooms are clean with mini-bar and cable tv but have rock hard beds and sometimes cold showers. The rest was great though the restraunt (banana pancakes!), pool, and service was great. Keep in mind rooms are pretty basic. more

This hotel is a middle class hotel in SR, if you only into tempels, I can recommend it. The location is not so great though, you have to take a tuktuk to the city all the time.
