We stayed in this hotel and was very satisfied with their service . The buffet breakfast was wonderful with fresh fruits so inviting. The hotel is an experience in itself. Modern hotels are found everywhere but the ambience and the woodwork of this hotel is one you are not able to see in many hotels. You know you have been... More

I stayed here for a "longer" weekend at the end of a business trip to Bangkok. I was simply touched by the hospitality of each and every staff member I interacted with during my short 3-day stay in this resort. Right from my email transactions with Jasmine before I flew in to Cambodia, to the staff at the Cafe that... More

It was the first time we had stayed in Siem Reap & without sounding over the top, the Borei Angkor was simply outstanding. It deservers its 5 star rating and everything from the room, the customer service and the food could not be faulted. The Privilege floor just added that extra to enhance the total experiance. There is currently some... More

This was our first trip to Siem Reap and we decided to book our accommodation based on trip advisor reviews. We booked directly through the hotel via Skype link they had on the website through Mr Moth and were given a very good rate including unlimited laundry, buffet breakfast and large room for $85 US, we were expecting to pay... Positives : Pleasant check-in process, clean rooms with very comfortable beds, good showers with plenty of hot water, good pool, good breakfast buffet (excellent crepes) and excellent cocktails in the poolside bar. Negatives: Service was inconsistent, and at times downright rude – definitely not 5 star quality. Some examples include: 1) Hotel kept mixing up our check-out dates (rooms were... More

It is with regret to learn that you found our facilities and services not to be up to standard and we hasten to apologize for the inconvenience caused. Whereas, I have made a special note of the points mentioned which did not meet with your approval, such as room reservation and breakfast arrangement. New implementation of procedure has been done... We had never been to Cambodia, so did not know what to expect when we booked our hotel. Without a doubt, we made the right choice. When we arrived at the hotel, we were asked to relax in the lounge where we were given welcome treats. One of the hotel staff came over and informed us that the pool view... More

A clean place, with friendly staff and all kind of food for the breakfast. THe hotel is traditional - not so modern, but it is a great option in Siem Reap.

I stayed here for four nights having checked out this afternoon. The room was very spacious, well laid out and clean - with housekeeping coming around every evening to turn your bed down and ensure your bathroom was ready for the morning with the highpoint being on my last evening at the hotel I had my bath filled with petals...
