The hotel is what you would expect for a 5 star though we visited out of season and the place did lack soul. The rooms are large and the gardens well maintained. We stopped in a junior suite which has a bedroom with a small sitting room, two TVs which were handy when little one wants to watch something other... More

The breakfast is lavish, the swimming pool, the ponds and the lawns are continuously manucured, the guest are pampered by an army of solicitous personnel. Fabulous stay.

The room was in lush gardens by a lily pond. It was connected to the main hotel by a walkway over the pond. The swimming pool was lovely and the poolside meals were very good value. The meals inthe hotel were very good as well.

Lodging building surround a large, nicely landscaped lawn/gardens/lake. Ask for a room facing this interior area. Many of the rooms on the interior also have doors right onto the grass and nice patio furniture. Rooms facing outside have zero view/appeal.

Really coolest one. Very nice rooms, beautiful territory, warm atmosphere and very kind staff. Extremly recommended.

Just came back from 3 days in Cambodia, staying at Sofitel. Beautiful property and the people could not have been nicer or more accomodating. Concierge desk was extremely helpful in arranging tours for us and making sure we had English speaking guides or taxi drivers. Would highly recommend this property.

This was our second stay at this wonderful hotel. Rooms are well appointed and spacious. My DH liked the robes so much we bought one home with us! Ate several dinners and all breakfasts at the hotel. i never anticipated Cambodia to be so fantastic. The Sofitel was superb. Fabrice the GM was outstanding as were all members of his staff. The Japanese girl Ria and the Korean F & B Manager Caleb had an excellent command of English and were most efficient.
