3 night stay here is really good. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The location of the telmis great, very near to night market where you can find good food and souvenir. There are small marts in front of the hotel. Only there were some problems on the hotel smoking policy which they allow to smoke at the balcony,... More

This hotel is good value for money. It's clean, in a great location, and provides a reasonable quality of service. My room had robes and slippers, a kettle for tea and coffee, a mini fridge, and flat screen tv. Two bottles of drinking water were also provided each day. Breakfast was included although it was a simple mix of bread,... More

A strange experience with this place, enjoyed it but there is so much room for potential. The Good: I loved the location, very close to the old markets, night markets and Bar Street (which is now called Pub Street and become expensive in the 4 years since my last visit). Staff were very helpful, however for most their English was... More

Our experience was much poorer than the reviews of others would made us to expect. Plus: location, friendly staff Minus: quite terrible breakfast, cold eggs, very poor selection, bread can be several days old, and I am trying to forget the coffee. Smell of lemons in the hotel intended to hide other smells. The pool of 3 by 2 is... More

The hotel is clean and in a good location. Tuk tuk drives outside so need to look very far. The pool is nice, clean and pretty quite. Large rooms. Comfortable beds, nice linens. Bathtub was great , we have been traveling now since jan. and a bath was relaxing.. Nice breakfast buffet to start the day. The staff were very... More

This understated hotel is very charming and the staff is friendly. We booked the larger 3 bed room and was only provided the 2 bed room which was still acceptable as the room was spacious and could accommodate our group. While the room is very basic it was very clean (top of my list in criteria), very spacious, beds were... More

We stayed for a couple nights. The hotel location is perfect...1 block away from all the action, yet quiet and peaceful. We had a large room with three single beds. It was clean. Nice breakfast buffet. The staff was helpful booking a cab to the Thai border, but some negotiation was necessary to agree on a price...best to know what... More

Just spent 3 nights here, It was lovely. Small, friendly, an easy walk in to town. The staff was gracious and helpful. It's not a chain -- which is one of its charms. It's a bit quirky. Don't miss the tiny little rooftop pool!

This is actually a review of the management. Saray (who we had coordinated with) provided a guaranteed booking confirmation. When we arrived we we were taken to the Ancient Angkor hotel instead without notifying us that they overbooked this hotel. Only once we asked him why we were at a different hotel than we had been guaranteed did he explain... More
