The staff is great, friendly and helpful, really. The swimming pool is a nice feature. The rooms in the back building are really old. I'm sure the new rooms in the front building are much nicer so ask to stay there instead; the construction work must be over by now. The restaurant is fine, breakfast is included and there's plenty... More

Pool is really refreshing, rooms in the new bldg are great, older ones are a bit dated but ok. AC works. Breakfast included. Staff don't really speak English well but they are friendly and try their best. Room rates are negotiable in the slower season so it makes it a worthwhile place to stay especially if you want a break... More

6 of us stayed for 2 nights. The hotel did not confirm on airport pickup despite several emails were sent before check-in. Hence, we engaged our own tuk-tuk drivers to pick us up. Shocked to see 2 tuk-tuk drivers which were appointed by hotel waiting for us in the arrival hall. After explaining to the hotel's tuk-tuk drivers that we... More

The Mekong Angkor Palace Hotel is a great place to stay for your visit to the Angkor Wat Temple area. it is a short tuk-tuk ride away from the temples, as well, a short walk to the night market and pub street area of Siem Reap. The pool at the hotel is very refreshing after walking the temples on a... More

We were brought here by our taxi driver from the airport. ( I know, this should've tipped us off already). They showed us the pool, which is attractive. The room seemed ok at first sight, too, so we went for it. One hour later we found out. They're building an additional floor to the hotel so you've got construction noise... More

The staff here is very friendly and the room was spotless. the only bad side is that the are adding an extra floor with more room so it can be quite.noisy on the.day time with sledge hammer and drilling. to avoid being waken up ask for a room in the building behind

I stayed here in February 2012, I arrived late in Siem Reap and was escorted by the taxi driver to this hotel. I was offered Room 106, this room was not very clean and smelt. I requested a change of room and was told it would be US$35 / US$40 for the cost of a different room and nothing was... More

Their business model is easy - construct a hotel, and rent the rooms that are ready. If you like to hear heavy equipment all day long, this is the place to go!
