I was very disappointed in this hotel. Their hot water is only available in the afternoon. The food is poor. Everything else is fairly average, but I need a hot shower in the morning, especially in South East Asia during the rainy season. The place is in an OK location, not too far from Pub Street. The staff are pretty... More

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. Poor location, beside a noisy primary school (didn't make swimming in the pool enjoyable) poor room security, thin walls, old and stained linen, very basic breakfast and unhelpful staff. We booked a private taxi through the hotel to the Thai border and the taxi company was a nightmare, completely tried to scam... More

I was at this hotel once seeing off my wife's friend. All I knew is that a friend of her works there. Little did I know last April she booked rooms of this hotel for us. The best part was that all of us enjoying swimming and splashing. The service was responsive, but not really immediate and direct. Maybe our... More

Room: the room is spacious enough and generally clean. The electrical outlets are only at the bedside tables, not at the desk, so I needed to use that bedside table to work with my laptop which was not so convenient. The biggest issue is that when you take the key out of the socket, the power in the room will... More

We stayed at the Mekong Angkor Palace this April and were very impressed by the hotel. Obviously it is not a five star hotel but with a very large room and bathroom, air conditioning, cable t.v., a large pool, internet and free breakfast at a daily cost less than most hotels charge just for breackfast it is surprising. They advertised... More

I stayed 4 nights in this hotel during the Christmas season and reserved a deluxe room. When I arrived on my first night, the hotel staff said the hotel was fully booked and gave me a lower-tier room in the old building with mosquito and no hot water. The location is not very obvious and you needed to walked along... More

Three of us stayed here for three nights while we spent time looking round the temples during the day. We each had a $30 room and each was different. All rooms were spacious with air con and a TV and fridge. My room was a little dated and had suffered from a lack of upkeep but for $30 I wasn't... More

I can see why some guests would consider this hotel good value. But for me there were problems with 1. the upkeep of the hotel and 2. dishonesty by hotel staff. The alley which leads to the hotel is unkempt and filled with trash. On entering the hotel, the lobby doesn't seem too bad at first sight, though the area... More

Hotel was close proximity to the airport(15mins), Pub Street(10mins), Night Market(10mins) & convenience store(10mins). I would say the location was really good with many food and massage places around. The hotel itself look really tired, a renovation is needed. Traveled with 5 other friends, booked 3 deluxe rooms complete with complimentary breakfast and airport pick-up. There were many disappointment with... More

Our room looked good on first inspection, but was tired and a bit grubby when you settled in and had time to look. The bed was huge with a base made of concrete, a thin mattress and sheets with extra bits sewn on to TRY and make them fit. It was unpleasant to wake in the night with the sheets... More
