My husband booked this place online before we got to Siem Reap. We all liked this place - me, my husband and my mom. It has the most beautifully carved furniture of all the hotels I have seen. I really enjoyed the smell of the jasmine essential oil they put in our room. The entire hotel is very clean and... More

The place exceeded all our expectations. Everything from the lobby to the balcony is clean, comfortable and beautiful. The bathroom has a bedet, which is a big plus for our group. The beds are majestic and very comfortable - very important during a 4-day trip of walking, hiking, and climbing temples under the scorching heat of the sun. The staff... More

A world-citizen traveling friend who lives part time in Japan, part time in Michigan and the rest of the time on the road recommended Shining Angkor. Wow, the hotel was better than I anticipated! When I arrived and asked for a balcony room and presto, I had one, no extra charge. I needed a tuk-tuk and driver to take me... More

The hotel has a good location because it is close to the temples, and only a 10 minute tuk tuk ride to Pub Street. Our room was big and nicely decorated. It had a TV, fridge, AC and the best beds. I slept so great there! It has a pool, which was so essential and refreshing since we were climbing... More

Shining Angkor Boutique Hotel was definitely the best 3 star hotel we have visited during our tour in Vietnam and Cambodia. Friendly, reliable and helpful staff belongs to strongpoints of this hotel. We have been positively surprised by scent of the hotel, quality and size of the beds (also one of the best we have tried during our tour), quality... More

This was our favourite hotel whilst travelling around Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam. The rooms are big and clean. The room had air con, tv, wi-fi, & mini-bar. The staff were friendly and helpful - we booked our tuk tuk around Angkor Wat through the hotel, which worked out well and was very easy. The hotel was located outside of the... More

We stayed four nights in this very cosy and clean Hotel. Everything is made with wood inspired by Angkor and you already feel like being in a temple:-)Totally friendly Staff, helpful all the time. They booked the bus for our next trip to Phnom Penh without charging anything (Cat Mekong Express-very good). It's a little outside of Siem Reap but... More
