we made the room booking online. as we were arriving early in the morning, we requested to check in as soon as we reach Siem Reap. our email was replied by Mr Chhay Seila (Sales Manager). the hotel is located close to the airport. we check in at about 9 am, personally attended by Mr Chhay Seila. awesome orange juice...
