I have stayed here Many times during the last dozen years. This time I stayed in one of the renovated rooms around pool. Nice bed, flat screen TV, free wireless and bathroom. Although rooms are large, a decent working desk would be an improvement over the provided round table with two chairs. Breakfast buffet is good.

Los Tajibos is a classic in the city; pleasant gardens, renovated swimming pool, good conference facilities. Make sure you don't get a room on the street side; too noisy.

I do suggest to stay by the pool side rooms, exquisite pool viem and a kind of porch wher you can sit and relax, enjoying the good pool.
They also have Jardin de Asi restaurant, Asia food with habachi, excellent decoration, but too regular food.
Dont forget to try the "Lima" fresh water and the Sweet empanadas for breakfast..the indulgence...

There aren't many 5 Star hotels in the World that are under $130 per night, but for Santa Cruz Bolivia, it's possibly a little on the high side, but definitely worth it. The hotel is spacious, elegant and has one of the finest restaurants in the City.

Visited Los Tajibos while on a business trip to Bolivia. Great sleep, service and breakfast! Hotel has a very charming feel to it. Unfortunately the swimming pool was closed for renovation, apparently they are revamping it as well as all surrounding rooms. I highly recommend it.
