Very bad the location in terms of noise during the night, the hotel looks old and the furniture is quite ugly and feels dirty, the services offered (room, breakfast, etc.) never for a four stars hotel as they claim or you have to pay. More

I stayed at this hotel from March 2nd to March 6th. The hotel is centrally located in the "Prado" area. It is a high rise with 12 floors. My room was on the top floor. It had great city views. I've stayed at the Hotel Diplomat on two occasions, the staff is friendly enough, and some rooms have nice views of the city. But the rooms are decorated like a motel 6, and the wireless internet barely works. But you probably won't find anything nicer here. More

Stayed at the Diplomat for work, but it would also be a great choice for personal travel.
