Great hotel, even famous, because many Russian and Belarus celebrities stay in it. Located in the center, rooms are huge and for reasonable price! Hotel itself is decorated very nice and tasty. Friendly staff.

The hotel is situated on the hill in the nice old part of Vitebsk. Very convenient for those travelling to see the Chagall museums. The service is good, the meals are delicious. Friendly staff. Big rooms. Quiet area.

This hotel was o.k. The room was clean, but antiquated. The pillows left something to be desired, as they weighed about 10 pounds! We had laundry done while there, and it cost about the same as one night's stay. Had they told us the price before hand, we would not have had it done. It came back clean and pressed... More

I guess this hotel is ok according to "belarussian" std but western travelers should not exptect too much. Of all the staff, only 1 lady was english speaking. The good side was that other staff members tried hard to be helpfull(not always the case in USSR). Deluxe rooms are very spacious but other rooms are rather old.
