Had stayed at this Inn many times previously, but not in past 2 years.....always very pleased with staff and facility.BUT...this last experience was since the ownership changed. 1)Room reserved 4 months prior not available at check in. 2)Front desk staff disinterested at best. 3)Housekeeping consists of changing out towels and throwing the bed together (no vacuuming during 3 day stay, ash trays emptied but not cleaned, coffee pot not cleaned, etc). One of our nights was comped due to their ineptness, but what I really wanted was for them to live up to their own standards more
