This is the second year I spent three days at Gull Lake View with 15 other guys for a getaway weekend. The five golf courses are challenging, were in very good condition and have a lot of variety among the holes. The staff was friendly and courteous. The restaurant on site is pretty good. The prices are all very reasonable (three beers from the drink card for less than $10!).

I would not call this a resort hotel, however. The rooms are about average motel level rooms. We stayed in Villas - two bedrooms with two full (not queen) beds. Having two bathrooms was nice. The beds are reasonable but a bit small for us six footers. The kitchens were clean, but the supplies in the kitchen were very limited. With one person in a bed the Villa sleeps 4, and that is exactly how many plates we had - as a result we had to wash the plates before breakfast. Also a microwave would have been nice.
