Checking in on arrival having booked room only was informed by an unsmiling unwelcoming stern looking "gentleman" who informed me that I would have to pay for extras. “well maintained hotel”

we stayed in royal ascot hotel in august 2012 for three days in room no 337 we had a pleasant experience and were comfortable it is centrally located and the food was good too we will definitely like to stay here again in future if possible only one drawback was that their service is slow

“Conveniently located & Comfortable”

Just stayed 6 nights. Very conveniently located for local stores and souvenirs. Close to Metro which takes you to most places a tourist would want to go. We had a large 1 bedroom 1 1/2 bath suite. “Dubaii Bargain”

This hotel was part of a package with Gate1 Travel and they never disappoint. It is located in Bur Dubai, or Old Dubaii where dining and shopping is a travelers' treasure. Breakfast was more than adequate. Take advantage of the hotel shuttle to Jumeirah Beach and enjoy the sun and sand.
