Complete lack of service is visibly due to an overall attitude issue of the personnel engaged with only very few positive exceptions such as concierge and head-waiter at breakfast. Sorry to say, but service is one of the very few key criteria that allows one top address to differentiate from another and managing corporate culture is always the GM's task....
