I was given the wrong/cheaper room on arrival. Yet my final bill was not adjusted to reflect this! The bathroom was too small for a regular-sized adult. The bath towels are old and worn; same for the bedsheets! Hotel staff (front desk and hospitality) are very professional and courteous. There is no secretarial service for typing or photocopying.
