Firstly this was approx. £35 p/night p/room for the 1 bedroom apartment (Rm: 209) which on the fire escape plan is one of the bigger one bedroom apartments.
Location:
Pro: The creek is in walking distance. Barjuman Shopping centre is about 5-10 mins walk away and the metro station is next to the Shopping Centre.
Cons: It's not facing the creek and there are NO waterfront views so the name is slightly misleading but instead desert barren land which will probably have a building on it in a couple years time. Also, it's far from the Jumeriah beach and resorts, Mall of the Emirates & Burj Al Arab/The Palm.
Service:
Pro: Front desk is 24hrs and very helpful. They booked the desert safari for us and we had no problems with any of the staff whilst we were there.
Cons: These are apartments so there is no room service.
Rooms:
Pro: Large & spacious. 1 bathroom w/toilet and 1 separate toilet. Fully equipped kitchen.
