I booked a room for two for my son on line for 16 th Nov one night.I was given confirmation number as 42523167.But when my son reached Jeddah Trident Hotel in the evening, he was told that there is NO booking done in his name. He rebooked and stayed in the same hotel.He had his horrible experience. Sounds nice !!!! More
