“GOOD HOTEL FOR QUICK STOPOVER”

Booked for quick stopover on our return leg of journey from Medina back to Jeddah for an early morning flight to the UK. Friendly staff at Reception, clean room and good food from 'Room Service'. Reception arranged for a driver to take us to the airport at a cost of 90 SAR - its about a 30 minute drive.

I have recently stayed in this Hotel for business trip. The Hotel location is convenient but the Hotel itself is old and needs renovation. Having an old product is not a big deal though, if the staff is well trained and polite with lots of courtesy. Which is NOT the case at this Hotel. The Front Desk staff is not... More

I stayed there Just to sleep after long trip. Hotel has fine location, with very old furniture and building. Very cheap decorations and room amenities. Plus, the price was too high for such hotel, we paid 500 SAR for that night. I might go back if they offer me half the price.

This hotel was booked via Booking.com and paid by Credit card. An email confirmation was received from Booking.com with booking reference etc. I also telephoned the hotel directly to confirm the reservation number. A few hours before check-in, the hotel sent a one-liner email saying they did not have any available rooms!! I have since emailed a complaint asking for... More
