After reading reviews on this website and Travelfish, I was looking forward to staying with Khoune & Khon (also, confusingly, known by several other spellings such as Khoun & Khone). We stayed here in November 2007, and it was the highlight of our trip. The bungalows are wonderful, the setting amazing, the food is superb, but making friends with Khoun and Khone was the best part. For those people who are looking for something a little bit different in Luang Prabang, you must try Khone and Kaan's bungalows. This place has the best personal service I have ever experienced!
