Jaliya is reasonably priced, but the rooms in the main building are dark and the bathrooms are cleaned only with water. In consequence the basins are spotty, the mirrors also and you have to remove the toilet paper if you want to have a shower! I stayed at Jaliya Guesthouse for 5 nights and it was ok, the room was nice but they never cleaned it so I had to ask for toilet paper and for them to empty the dustbin. They seemed to be very upset by that which I found odd.

I stayed at this guesthouse with my partner in one of the bungalows.
The 'normal' rooms were quite simple but the bungalows out in the garden
were private and fairly romantic. Ours had a really comfortable bed,
