We stayed in the largest suite, on the second floor of the main building. It was worthwhile, since it's rare to be able to stay in an authentic, historic building all made of wood. The staff was very hospitable--although the manager was absent, the team of young charming staff helped us make tour arrangements and booked great restaurants. The hotel... More

My wife and I stayed at 3 Nagas last week for three nights and thought that both the hotel and the city was one of the most wonderful places we've ever stayed. The city itself is very atmospheric and picturesque and staying at this hotel completed the experience. We were warmly greeted upon our arrival and given an upgraded room... More

We stayed in room #4 and it was absolutely beautiful. One morning we sat out on our balcony and watched the Monks pass by. We really enjoyed the treats left for us each night. Jesse and his staff did an outstanding job taking care of us. The food and the service in the restaurant were also outstanding. We are not... More

Dear Okinawa, Sabaidee Pi Mai and good afternoon from Luang Prabang. Thank you for your review and appreciation of our beautiful little hotel. As you stated the hotel is superbly located to showcase the morning Alms giving as we are right on the main road via which the majority of the offering is made each morning. I see we have... More

The hotel is located in two seperate traditional buildings, our was across from the reception. The house was quite charming, and yes there is a lot of dark wood, which adds to the charme. The room size was great and the beds very compfy. While there was no direct access to the backyard, there was a large window so we... More

Thank you taking the time to share your comments and observations following your recent stay at our 3 Nagas property. I was pleased to note that you like the Hotel and it's authenticity but disappointed that the noise factor really detracted form the full enjoyment of your stay. not only did they overcharge us on the rooms-the hotel was supposed to give us twin bedded rooms. On our arrival we were shown to rooms that had queed beds and not twin beds. When we asked for a separate bed-they charged us $30 per nite extra!!!! And the icing on this terrible cake was that 2 iphones from the rooms... More

Thank you for taking the time to share your observations and comments following your recent stay at our 3 Nagas property. I was surprised by your comments about the charge for the extra bed requirement: it was my understanding that you required the extra bed as a direct result of your companion getting a cold which naturally you didn't want... The central location of this hotel is great for walking around Luang Prabang. I had an Executive Suite which was enormous and quite nice, but pricey. The rooms are all dark wood and the standard room I saw was very dark. The bathroom is nice and large, but also quite dark and the bathtub/shower combo is difficult to step into.... More

Thank you for taking the time to share your comments and observations following your recent stay at our 3 Nagas property. We were 11friends staying at 3Nagas from the 21st of January till the 26th of January .Two of our friends had their IPhones stolen from their rooms. For such an upscale establishment this kind of behavior is unacceptable. For the prices we paid for the rooms the least we could expect is the safety of our things in the room.... More

Thank you for taking the time to share your disappointment following the most regrettable incident concerning your missing phone. 2 i phones being stolen from your room-is this what you expect from a supposedly upscale $$$ hotel room We certainly did not expect that this perfectly serene holiday would turn into a nightmare. There was no senior management person to give a proper response to the theft from our room-thats the least a guest expects.
