Located on the main street, just 20m from the Night Market. Very helpful and nice staff, clean rooms, very nice bathroom. I stayed here for four nights in mid-January. The Phounsab has an excellent location on the main street that runs through Luang Prabang, less than a half block from the start of the night market.
