Our group of 11 stayed here for 2 nights. Room clean and spacious. Batj facilities were good. Breakfast was excellent. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Lost electricity for a time, not serious. WiFi in the lobby. Altogether an unexpectedly nice hotel at a remote city. Would not hesitate to recommend, all things considered.

We stayed here for 3 nights in July 12. Service was friendly, rooms were very clean. Breakfast was good & was in a good location.

Our group of eight OAT stayed here 4 nights. My room was lovely-clean, roomy, great bathroom, etc. One guest was unhappy hearing the roosters crowing and was able to move to a different room. Beautifully restored hotel with lovely rooms overlooking nice pool. Staff were really friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Very close to night market, and everything that lovely Luang Prabang has to offer. Really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed 4 nights for a good price and enjoyed the stay but for a theft. Friendly staff, nice pool, pleasant rooms, not 4 star though. Relatively new hotel so staff need some more training.
