Very helpful and friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms and a short stroll to the nightmarkets, museum and plenty of great eateries!

We intended to stay at thanaboun for four nights but left after one night due to the rooms being cramped and dark. You can get much better value for money in luang prabang!

Rooms where ok but over priced, hot water was not hot but none of that mattered because the ower was one of the most ignorant and unwelcoming people I have ever met! It really annoyed me that I gave him money for that
