The hotel is clean although could do with updating the rooms. Most of the staff were helpful and polite (a lot of the guests weren't - so rude!). Good Points - Pool is enormous, weather was fantastic, waiters tried hard and pool slides enjoyable. Poor Points - room air conditioning is non existent, no drinks on customer side to reduce drinks queues except for water at beach bar. beer comes out as slow as you will ever see it which increases queues.
