Arrived around 10pm at hotel and was greeted by the receptionist who made it clear he was after a tip for ' giving me great room with sea view.' It turned out to be a great view of the sea but beware because they are in the process of building a large development which will, if high enough, completely obliterate that view. They start work around 7am on the development but the noise wasn't that bad for the week we were staying.
The room was clean and was visited by the maid every day. Plenty of hot water for 2 baths.
We decided to go on the Sahara excursion, which was great but very tiring, and requested an early morning alarm call, which never happened.The excuse i got was that during the night there was a power cut which cut off all lighting in the hotel. What this has to do with the telephone system is anyones guess.
The air conditioning in the room is next to useless as it just blows warm air.
The tv , 2 english channels, was broken and prone to switching itself...
