The power in the hotel did not work all the time in our room. The staff did not care, they where more interested in football on the television . The staff did not care about the guest only about the locals. The restaurant had no service. And if you love old croissant to breakfast then this is the hotel for... More

I wanted to write a bad review, but when I think about whole experience in Sousse, Tunisia in general and after reading some reviews about Movenpick (which costs almost double more ) I am realizing that biggest problem is not in this hotel but it is in Tunisia and its people. It is a shame that country that has that... More

The room was quite nice, there was a nice outdoor pool and the hotel is really close to the beach. There was also an indoor pool but it was only open between 13:00 and 14:00! Walking to the center of Sousse takes about 20min. The personnel was really impolite and not helpful at all. I would not recommend this hotel,... More

Considering that Sousse is mainly a touristic destination due to its beaches, being there for Business travel lets you feel quit unease. The pictures on the internet site of the hotel are giving the impression of a bigger structure, than what it actually is. Generally speaking, the hotel is mainly clean and the personnel is rather friendly. Big and rather... More

I was in the monaco in low season - a bit depressing necause deserted. Upon arrival my credit card was not accepted (not my fault) I had to pay cash. My room was not cleaned properly, I found long hair in the bathroom and bed... Besides that, it was o.k., close to the beach, the covered salt water pool can... More

Hotel The hotel seems a little older, but is newly renovated. The staff is really nice and helpful, despite at breakfast. There is a medium sized swimming pool, which may be overcrowded on the weekends when a lot of Tunesians stay at the hotel, and a small private beach with direct access. There is no child care or playground close... More

This Hotel dosen't deliver 4 stars, that was the first impression we got as soon as we opened the door to our room. The room was dirty and very small, nothing like what we bookede, we didn't get the balcony we orderede. But the worst thing was the attitude in the front desk. you can see that they try to... More

-the hotel itself has cool and contemporary styling. It is not well set up for arriving in a car since it has no driveway to the front entrance necessitating carrying your bags some distance from the street. it does have an underground parkade. the service was patchy but not as bad as the earlier reviews indicate. The rooms are very... More

Our 3 person flat on mezzanine was dirty- dirty floor, dirty table, stickers on TV screen, dirty bathroom, bathroom lights not working, front door sticking hard mid-open VERY LOUDLY. Mr Daoud Amine, 'manager' , at first refused to see the rooms, when he did grinned and said all because the apartment was new. No apology, no attempt to clean etc.... More
