I arrived very few days after the german guy has spent his "brave night" there. It could be that his complaints sorted the right effect, since: a) the music in the restaurant was pretty low volume; b) the receptionists and all the waiters and waitresses were polite and friendly. Hotel Oliver was only recently opened. So the rooms were very new and looked nice. The bad thing, however, was that the shower was leaking. So the whole bathroom was under water. That can happen to any hotel, of couse. So we complained and they promised to "take care of it". Breakfast was a complete disappointment. Staff was listening to... more
