I've been with Zanzi several times in the last two years, while extending business trips to romania. Allways me and my colleagues were welcomed very friendly. Breakfast was very nice and came with a lot of choices, unusual for romanian b&b's. The place is perfectly located, in walking distance to the oldtown, just outside the walls.

If you are going to stay overnight in Sibiu, you'll make the best choice by staing at this pension. Very clean and cosy, great buffet brekfast, resonable price, near the city center. Nice romantique atmosphere, wooden beams, a very deep sleep in woderfull cotton sheets. Just great !

I totally enjoyed my stay at Zanzi. - great service & personnel - extremely pet friendly -lots of delicious food for breakfast and great variety -comfortable bed and clean room, the shower gel was missing though

We enjoyed to stay at Zanzi. The pension is close to Sibiu old town, so we could go walking easily. The building is welcoming, with wooden girder and characteristic furniture. The pension has an OK location close to the trainstation; the city centre is 15 minutes walking. We came there early in the morning without a booking and still they could give us a room straight away. The rooms are quite simple but nice with wooden beams. Nice, cozy and pretty cheap. It s a family business so they are pleased to please you.downstayrs they have a nice pub and also restaurant with home cooked traditional dishes.

As well as comfortable clean beds and always hot showers, Eleanor and Christina, our hosts, both with excellent English went out of the way to make our stay memorable, with lots of advice and infomation.
