This is a very small hotel, so one should expect a quaintness and lack of services. The Art Hotel goes some way to that expectation. Hotel is comfortable, although no tea/coffee facilities in room. Very central in Varna - on edge of pedestrian precinct. Staff very friendly. Fortunately we had enough cash to pay bill - as although a credit card number was taken to secure the room, they do not actually have credit card facilities at the hotel!
