First of all it is not my first time to stay in this hotel. I used to be here more than twice. The hotel is kind of an average one .The fact that they don't offer breakfast isn't that big deal since there are many restaurants nearby. This is a very small hotel, so one should expect a quaintness and lack of services. The Art Hotel goes some way to that expectation. They do not offer credit card payments (as the previous post says) but they rely on the literally next door cash machine for that. Hotel is comfortable, although no tea/coffee facilities in room. Very central in Varna - on edge of pedestrian precinct. Staff very friendly. Fortunately we had enough cash to pay bill - as although a credit card number was taken to secure the room, they do not actually have credit card facilities at the hotel!
