“One of the best hotels I have stayed in”

I am a seasoned traveller and I have not stayed in a hotel with such kind and helpful staff as Oceanic. The room was immaculate and the fixtures are of top quality. Hotel is in city centre with no direct access by car. Parking cost depends on Yours negotiations skills. We paid 8e/ night. Way too expensive but this rate we dealed with parking attendant was 2e lower than receptionist try to charge us. Honesty, i was really positively surpiced. This hotel has nothing to compare many other Bulgarian hotels with former Sovjet style and smell.
