We stayed for 2 nights in early November. The location in the old town was very good. We were greeted at the door by very efficient and friendly staff. Our room, no 5, was enormous and so beautiful. Hebros Hotel is a delightful old Inn within close walking distance to everything in old Plovdiv. The rooms were quaint and the food in the restaurant was terrific, Our dinner was tasty and exceptionally cozy by the fireplace. The service will undoubtedly become better when the youngish women gain experience and confidence with time.

Restaurant downstairs is highly recommended. We thought we ordered too much, but after a while, all the dishes were emptied. So delicious. I liked the room a lot, too, but I had to turn off the heating system because it was so noisy. The radiator made noise like a little boy shaking a tin box with 5 candies in it.

We stayed a night there and the building is ancient but well decked out and modern facilities including bathroom. some of the facilities were laid out a little awkwardly but probably due to the place being so ancient.
