Excellent staff and very welcoming , the rooms were all clean and in order Do not expect something very luxury but it was great , and i think they should improve their breakfast. More

This is the second time in Hotel Baci. I normally also don't write these reviews but this hotel deserves a good comment. Rooms are very clean, staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and it is true that all these extra services come free. As a Dubai resident I have to say that a lot of hotels should come and see... I have stayed in lots of hotels in lots of countries and while the Baci is never going to be the best hotel in the world, the staff must rate among my top three. Just simply excellent value for money, a good location and the staff were marvellous! I don't generally post comments about hotels and places etc but the... More

The Baci is an interesting hotel, the persons frequenting the coffee shop look like conspirators, or taken from the movie "The Godfather". The rooms are not spacious but clean and serve their purpose, but the tiny working desk is of as much use as if it wouldn't exist. There was a foul smell in the bathroom probably a problem of... There are number of hotels in New York who can learn some lessons from the Baci with regards cleanliness and staff attitude. I am happy to state that I have rarely stayed in hotel at this price point which is as clean as the Baci. It might not be the most elegantly decorated but everything functions and is as I... More

There are probably cheaper options in Pristina but some of them seemed more uncertain options or weren't convenient if you didn't have your own transport, so still glad I chose this one. It's still not quite as central as some of the other hotels, although Pristina is small enough for it not to matter - the city centre is approximately... More

I was surprised and delighted when I walked into the Baci for the first time --- the lobby was classy with its decorated tile floor and tasteful color scheme. And my room proved to be just as classy --- no ugly art decorating the walls, a pretty carpet and walls painted in Victorian tones of blue, mauve and green. There... More

I concur with the other review. The Baci is the perfect platform from which to see the many delights of 'the city with no river'. The Baci doesn't feel like a UN outpost, which can't be said for the larger hotels in the city, with helpful, attentive and genuinely engaging service from the moment one steps foot in the understated... My room at the Baci was quite large, but the standard was not what business travelers would require. Heating did not work properly, shower faucet fell apart when opened, there was a lingering smell of sewage, and the TV did not work. Moreover, the bedside lamp was situated a good four feet from the bed, making nighttime reading difficult. However,... More

When visiting Pristina in Feb 2005 for a skiing trip, I asked friends living in Pristina at the time a good place to stay. The Baci surpassed all expectations with its grand marble entrance and super friendly staff. The location is excellent and the price is well worth it! The staff told us the best places to go let us... More
