Stayed here for 4 nights in September. From start to finish there was nothing we could fault. Check in staff were extremely friendly and helpful, even offering a valet service on arrival. Gorgeous setting and lovely exposed brick walls with nice decor. Room tiny though and bathroom even more cramped. Breakfast not great and snacks available are poor.
