Great Apartment 15 mins walk from Zadar old town and beaches. A fab place to stay in Zadar. Clean and modern apartments. Very friendly and accommodating staff. 10 out of 10! More

Stayed at Villa Lipa in late May 2011. Apartment was very modern & clean. Excellent value for money. I stayed in Apartment #1 on my own and this was never an issue. Leri, the owner, is very friendly & helpful indeed. She was able to provide a load of local tourist info, as well as recommending a local travel agency,... More

The title says it all. I was overall very pleased with Villa Lipa. It doesn't stay exactly in the city center, but it is not that far and the price is unbeatable. You can either walk (around 20 min), or take a bus (around 10 min). Safe area, very nice studio apartment with AC -- good value for the money.... More

Villa Lipa was really clean, comfortable and bright. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the upstairs villas have really super balconies looking out over the garden - the main road can be noisy so it's nicer to be away from it. We had apt 6 and it was perfect for us. Bring a cafetiere if you are a coffee drinker... More

We've just returned from a week in Vila Lipa and enjoyed our stay very much. It is very affordable and worth every penny! Our first floor apartment was beautiful and very spacious with a fully equipped kitchen (kettle, microwave, kitchen tools, dual hotplate) and they also provided us with shower towels. There are two beautiful terraces where to enjoy breakfast,... More

When I booked our apartment, we were given the phone number of Mrs Lukin and told that we could contact her if we have any problems on our arrival day. We provided Villa Lipa with our approximate time of arrival of 7pm. Even though we arrived at 7pm as communicated, the office was closed, and there was a sign on... More

We stayed at the studio room on the first floor. The room was very spacious with a/c, safe and a well equipped kitchen. Little things that annoyed me was that there were no hair dryer, hand towels or bath mat (only 2 bath towels were given). It would have been nice if there were spare blanket and pillows because the... More

We've just returned from 2 weeks in Croatia, first week spent in Villa Lipa. Our first floor apartment was very clean, and reasonably spacious for the 4 of us (2 bedrooms and 1 bed-settee in lounge). Useful shops close by (bakery and small grocery store). Also some pleasant restaurants within walking distance (Mamma Mia makes an excellent pizza!). The old... More

We stayed in the two-bedroom apartment in October and enjoyed our stay very much, especially as the weather was warm and sunny. The living/dining room was spacious and the single and double bedrooms were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with cooking and eating utensils, but there was only a dual hotplate to cook with - no oven or microwave... More

This is a lovely place to stay. My boyfriend and I decided we were long overdue a long weekend away together. I had searched for accommodatuion in several places and just happened to come across Villa Lipa. It is very affordable and worth every penny and more. We had a lovely studio apartment on the second floor with two balconies.... More
