It makes all the difference in the world when the host of a hostel enjoys being a host and isn't surly and sour... or a kid with a mimimum wage job. Gordana is gracious and helpful and keeps her lovely hostel clean and welcoming. Free wi-fi and internet and she is knowledgable and eager to help with any questions.
The hostel is on the second floor of an old apartment house and it's roomy with high ceilings, two shared bathrooms that are kept spotless, a cozy living room and a small but great kitchen to cook as you please, or if you're lucky, gordana has made banana bread!!!!
I spent more time at the hostel than seeing Pula as i was so tired from island hopping. it felt like home and if i could go back, i would! Great location too, just a short walk to the town center. Thank you, Gordana! more
