Nice, big apartment on perfect location with own terrace and it has AC. We loved the most home atmosphere that owner created with a lot of pictures, little figurines etc.
Owner is really kind and was really helpful. Also payment on arrival is normal thing in Croatia.
Next summer we are coming back for a longer period!!

We had a very mixed stay at the Picasso Apartment.
The apartment itself was wonderful - great location, layout, bathroom, facilities etc.
The major downside however was the owner who constantly badgered us about daily payments. This was quite a long story but the experience sadly distracted from our overall wonderful time in Dubrovnik.
