Small hotel with nice clean room and very friendly service. The location was excellent on the beach promenad close to plenty of restaurants and cafes. The hotel is a stone's throw from a beach that was the best one in Lapad. A local bus connection to the old town was also close by.

A nice clean friendly hotel in a lovely location, the staff couldn't have been more helpful, the two main meals we ate there were excellent. and the position absolutely perfect. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.
