We stayed here for 3 nights in August 2009. Initially, we were a bit concerned ... you approach the hotel along a busy main road, and the area didn't look too great at first impressions. Just returned from Split, stayed here for 3 nights. Excellent location couple minutes away from famous promenade Riva. Rooms are big, spacious, clean, and only disadvantage is that there is no good views (although we were upgraded in a Executive room). They have an excellent small Spa with good therapist. Stayed in the hotel for our last night before flying back to London. Overall the hotel was lovely and was a nice treat after staying in an apartment for a week. Do not expect European 5 star quality from this hotel. The good: clean rooms, very courteous front desk/cleaning personnel, breakfast had a mix of eggs/fruit/bread/meats and cheeses, pool and sauna on top floor.
