the Hotel Adriana is fine if you need a conveniently located place to stay. If you're looking for luxury, it's not the place for you. The hotel is clean but dated and rather tasteless. Someone made the surprising decision to team red carpets with pink walls and orange curtains. The lampshades in our room were held together with brown sticky... More

My Boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel for 1 night in Sept'08. The location is excellent as a stop gap if you are indending on travelling by the Jadrolinija (ferry) as we were. No facilities other than a bar and restaurant at the hotel - very basic. Rooms are very small and as the hotel is situated on the... More

Superb location, directly on the Riva. Breakfast served outside - fresh omelettes as well as other choices - fabulous view and you start the day right on the Riva. The room I had was on the small side, but it and the ensuite were recently renovated and very clean. The best bit about staying here is the convenient location -... More

After spending about two weeks in Croatia we stayed at this hotel for our last night before heading back home. The hotel's location can't be beat (less than 1 minute away from the main part of Diocletian's palace, still part of old town, and literally on the Riva (the waterfront promenade). The room was a decent enough size, new, and... More

The location is perfect - it sits on the Split Marina where the Croatia Airlines bus service runs to/from Split Airport and all the major ferry services are basically in front of the hotel. The enterance is hard to find among all the cafe's. I found the hotel useful before departing Split as most flights leave Split Airport around 2pm... More

This hotel has a terrific location on the pedestrian promenade overlooking the harbor, a short stroll from the historic city center, the street market, etc. The rooms appear to have been recently renovated: fresh paint, new curtains and carpets, etc. There weren't lots of amenities, just the usual TV and mini-bar, but everything was clean and fresh. The bathroom had... More

The hotel is in a great location on the main marina promenade with great sea views. It's double glazed, so we never found noise a problem. The rooms are pretty average, with cable TV and airconditioning and a small bathroom, with a weird shower, that is fullly enclosed, including the top. It has this touchpad that turns on a light,... We stayed here in June as the start of an island hopping holiday in Croatia. We found the rooms small but clean and had all the facilities we needed. The location was superb and very handy for the bus station and ferry port. Breakfast was good. My only criticism was dinner. It was expensive and not very good. Eat in... More

We came to this hotel with some trepidation, having read an earlier Trip Advisor review. It could hardly have been more different! As all the reviews have said, the location is brilliant, facing the port, beside Diocletian's Palace and close to the buses and ferries. Our room overlooked the harbour and had air-conditioning, double-glazing and shutters which kept out any... More

We stayed at the Adriana for one night prior to heading off island hopping along the Dalmatian Coast. I think if you accept the Hotel for what it is and set your expectations accordingly its more than adequate as a base for one or two nights. The location is fantastic, and yes the rooms are a little tired and basic... More
