The best thing about this guesthouse is the location - in the heart of the old town. The owners sent us an e mail before we arrived with a map and we found it with no problems. It is pretty basic but very clean and comfortable with great air con! I would stay here again if we went to Split.

My wife & myself (both senior Citizens) have just spent 5 days at the Matkovic apartments in Split. .In our opinion it must be one of the best locations in the old town of Split just on the edge of the Diocletian Palace. The facilities were excellent and the representatives Frane & Ivana were first class.
