The hotel has beautiful courtyards with fountains and a wonderful rooftop deck where we could lounge around and soak up the view of the volcanos and churches. Also in front of each room there was a sitting area with couches & chairs which makes it really nice to hang out with people and still have some privacy (depending on where... More

This hotel is close to the park, restaurants, and shopping. The hotel is small and quiet. During the day I was able to sit it the patio and read and relax. The staff was friendly and helpful. More

This is a great hotel, well-managed, quaint with excellent service, great value and a great location. Beautifully decorated in classic Antiguan style, delightful open air porches and roof top venue with great 360 degree views. More

Beautiful, well-located hotel where the staff makes you feel right at home. We stayed in a nicely furnished room, a bit dark as they use dark woorden furniture (but that's not too bad), with an excellent bed and good bathroom. During the night you don't hear one sound or noise, so peaceful. The breakfast is perhaps a bit poor, but... More

Extremely well-executed decor. The rooms are beautifully appointed, as are the courtyards, which have public seating areas, and the roof deck which offers a spectacular view of the city, and a wonderful place to read, soak up the sun, or take your breakfast. The cost is indeed high, about $40 higher than Hotel d'Leyende, which I found equally tasteful. But... More

We were very excited to make the first stop on our Guatemalan honeymoon in Antigua and we were incredibly pleased with our choice of hotel. It was neat, charming, immaculately decorated, and had an incredibly beautiful and romantic rooftop view, all of which in a good location in Antigua. The rooms were small, but such care went into their decoration... More

Fascinating rooms, one of the most beautiful and charming hotel in which I ever stayed. My room was a little humid, one only window on one side only. Breakfast is unfortunately poor. Laundry service fast and at reasonable price. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ More

A friend and I traveling together each had separate rooms for two nights here. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. As with many of the hotels in Antigua, the rooms only have windows that face the courtyard. We got rooms on the second floor which have skylights in the bathrooms which lit them up well. There were enough other... More
