This a nice, well situated hotel with a lovely rooftop terrace. The only problem was, the rooms are in an open courtyard and voices outside the rooms are VERY loud. We've been to Antigua many times over the past 10 years and always stay at Posada La Merced. It's a great value for the money. We've stayed here for 3 days with 9 people and it was the best hotel we've had in Guatemala! Relaxt atmosphere, comfortable rooms and in a relaxt street. Best thing is the rooftop terrace! Make sure you watch the sun go down the volcanoes from there!
