The only negative is that the hotel really needs a concierge department to handle detailed customer questions on the area, because the very friendly staff had to answer questions they were unsure of. I booked this hotel on priceline and they accepted my bid - $120 after taxes. For the price, it's a great hotel. Expect all of the amenities of a luxury hotel. This is a new hotel in the Westin chain. The room was large, had a good work area and the staff excellent. I would stay here again. more
