We couldn't have been more pleased with this elegant but friendly hotel and its excellent restaurant, Ports of Call. A perfect place to stay in every way. The hotel is set back from the road on a private lane, giving it an atmosphere of peace and serenity, yet shops and gas stations are readily available nearby.

I stayed at the DoubleTree while attending a conference at the hotel. The staff was friendly, the room clean and checking in and out quick and efficient. I also like that the hotel is within walking distance of stores and some good restaurants. I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again.

Huge pluses: employees, free shuttle to requested location including call for pickup, beds very comfortable & good pillows. Nice lobby with several seating areas for waiting for airport transportation n when late check out was not available. This is a nice hotel. It met all of my needs and the staff is exceptionally nice. The hotel shuttle can drop you off and pick you up at restaurants and other attractions that are in the area. I would recommend the hotel very highly.
