This hotel if very nicely furnished, exceptionally clean and the staff is excellent. We will stay here again.

The hotel is friendly, has lots of community space on the lobby floor that appeared well used. The room was clean,quiet and comfortable. Very centrally located and convenient. I already have a reservation for my next visit.

Stayed at this hotel while in town with my family for a 5K. Very clean and comfortable rooms and the staff was very friendly. Conveniently located in the center of town by most of the major attractions. Would highly recommend this hotel and we will stay there again.

There are not many lodging options in Alexandria, and many of the other options just don't come close to this new-concept Courtyard by Marriott. My wife and stayed on business and found it to be squeakly new, clean, modern, with many amenities of a large full-service hotel. We stayed the night over spring break and Tiffany at the front desk was very nice and gave great service despite the late check in. The hotel was clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend a stray here.

Stayed there in December 2011. Hotel was booked full, but did not seem busy, noisy, etc. Very comfortable and quiet.

The hotel is indeed very well furnished and appealing. The only problem I had which was major to me, is that I had a room on the top floor and the vibration and noise of the HVAC equipment on the roof, created a very obnoxious and annoying noise coming through into the room all night long.
