Close to all the hot stuff in the Casco (which BTW is far superior to Bella Vista or anywhere near Calle Uruguay), including the Luna's Castle bar next door. AC, rooftop terrace, decent restaurant downstairs, reasonably priced, sparkling clean. Manager Pablo was super sweet and helpful.
