When my husband told me he had booked a room for our family here, I have to say I wasn't expecting much! But, on arrival I admit to having a change of heart! Rooms are all new, Beds are so comfortable and bathrooms are clean and the amenities given in the bathroom are top notch! No stinky soaps here!!! The... More

After reading good reviews for this hotel, we booked a room online through kayak.com. We arrived and were greeted by a cordial doorman and receptionist, both of whom spoke limited English. We didn't expect the staff to be fluent since this was a smaller hotel and not a major chain; in addition, we accepted the fact that we were in... More

While in a hurry for planning the last leg of our trip to Bocas del Toro, I went to a reservation website, instead of looking for network hotels like Marriott, Best Western, etc.. It resulted in a poor choice from my side, with the same average price I would pay for a much better hotel and location. The hotel is... More

Well, What can I say, I looked up in the tripadvisor for a good hotel in panama city, and we decided to go on the eco inn avila. I made a month before a reservation through booking.com about a month before because we wanted to make sure that we wont need to look for a room after 15 hours flight.... More

Clean, nice rooms, nice staff, very good in general for the price. The breakfast needs improving, it's very basic, not a lot of options.

Had a great experience since the staff and hotel are excellent. Great location too, close to the new running path that connects downtown with Casco Viejo. Clean, new, unlimited internet in the entire hotel, and a fair price for excellent value. Thumbs up for sure.

We picked this hotel partly because of the good ratings from others here, It might be that this is a nice place if you speak spanish, but as we didn't, we felt quite lost. Some of the staff really wanted to be helpfull, but that was sort of lost in translation...The location is to far away from everything (in the... More

The hotel is not impressive from the outside, but inside it is clean, modern, comfortable, and a very good value. The staff was outstanding in their willingness to make my stay pleasant. Carlos and his crew offered tours of the city at reasonable prices and their knowledge of their city and country, both past and present, is impressive. Hotel staff... More

We received excellent service from Giselle at the front desk from the moment we arrived, along with Ivan, the bellman...The next morning, Marivalla (sorry for the misspelling) at the front desk was great in arranging for a driver, Carlos, to take us to the Miraflores Locks and on to Casca Viejo...Not really much problem with communication...Their English was better than... Great location, friendly staff, great breakfast. Furniture, including beds and linens, are all new and very comfortable. Unfortunately there is little information available on tours or surrounding areas but if your looking for affordable, clean, comfortable and safe with free wi-fi then this hotel is great. No pool or outside balconies. Seems to cater largely to the business traveller. Although... More
